Jacob is my 6 year old little brother. We enjoy playing soccer, breyer horses and just chasing each other around. We just recently had his birthday party. We all enjoyed the jumping castle, water balloon fight and many other fun things like that. He is so wonderful to have around all the time and is extremely cute. I mean handsome.

When you were sick,, he wanted to spend his birthday money to get you your favorite flowers. He beams when he talks about you.
Your patience, love, care, listening ear, and playing with him has made a HUGE positive difference in his life!
