I really enjoyed this school week. But on Friday I just get to the point where I'm ready for the weekend. I got an A+ on my spelling test today and enjoyed my first art class. I'm working on a picture with lots of shapes drawn with oil pastels. I'm excited to see what this weekend brings!

I really enjoyed this week and, like you, I'm SO ready for the weekend! I'm glad you are enjoying school so much and can't wait to see how that oil painting turns out. Did you know your Grandma Bitton has painted several oil paintings? She is quite an artist and so are you.

Right now I am working on drawing the basic design for our Christmas card and designing a Christmas stocking for Jenna (just like the ones I made for you, Zac, and Jacob.
Doing art uses a different part of your brain and it can stimulate creativity! Plus...it's FUN!!!
