Horse Camp 2007

Tori and I at the beggining of camp.

Lucy and I after the horse show.

This big guy is known as The Gentle Giant.

In July I went to Farwest Farms for my second horse camp there. I enjoyed riding two times a day, grooming Lucy, Babe and Small Miracle and feeding them. The big black horse in the bottom picture is named Onix. He is the biggest and the gentlest. I was happy to see Sahar the horse I rode last year. She's a 22 year old Arabian and quite gentle. She wouldn't hurt a fly. Well she wouldn't even be able to catch a fly. I had a great time at horse camp and hope to go there next year too.

I remember the first year you went to Horse Camp. You were so excited that when we got there you jumped out of the car and started dancing! I'm so glad you've had those experiences. You've become quite a horseman and I love learning all about horses from you!

Kayla- It was a real treat for me to come out to horse camp this last summer and see you ride!! Horses have such a special place in your heart! I love that you know so much about them! When we play the animal game in the car you are always the horse specialist! :)

I hope as you grow older that you continue to love these beautiful animals!

I love you Sis! Your Nana

Kayla,

When I was your age, I loved horses too. I used to take some lessons. I have fond memories of learning how to ride horses around barrels. I also have some funny horse stories from up at Camp Reed. They are really special animals! XOXO Aunt Jessi
