For my first homework project this week I had to read about 20 minutes and while reading ask questions in my mind and then put them down on paper. I read out of my Phantom Stallion book and got lots of good questions down. Since it had to do with reading it was pretty easy. I am looking forward to the other homework assignments during the upcoming year!

Being able to ask questions while you read is a sign of strong comprehension... that's what expert readers do!
